Once an order is placed, mostly we dispatch within 48hrs. For safer side we are informing to wait 5 to 7 working days to reach you.

Orders once placed, cannot be cancel or change.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the ordered product received is broken or incorrect, A full unboxing video must be taken from the package cover opening in a 360 degree view without any cut, stop, or pause to solve any issue.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product with safe packing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product, and a store credit will be processed in the form of a coupon code that can be used for future purchases in our website.
We do not provide cash refunds.
